Tokenization of real world assets: What counts, stays.
Historic string instruments, classic & limited edition cars, works of art, limited collector’s items: They are all an expression of history, identity and value. But their documentation is fragmented, their management complex, their market characterized by a lack of transparency. This is exactly where vountain comes in.
We create a digital product passport – a tamper-proof data container system that:
- Provenance, ownership and rights documented,
- real-time data such as usage, location, repairs and certificates stored unalterably,
- and thus creates trust, liquidity and future security.
Our dApp forms the technical basis for decentralized, tamper-proof asset management – GDPR-compliant, anonymous if desired, internationally enforceable.
Who we work for
Our clients are owners of significant real world assets: family offices, foundations, collectors, banks, insurers. Anyone who bears responsibility needs to be able to rely on data. We deliver it – with legal substance, technical diligence and a network of globally recognized experts.
Our asset classes (current and in development):
- Historic string instruments (e.g. Stradivarius)
- Classic cars & limited edition vehicles
- Contemporary & classic works of art
- Yachts, airplanes, breeding horses
The Federal Ministry of Education and Research attests to our particular innovative strength in the areas of smart contracts and legal research/legal development.
About us
vountain is a FinTech company that provides blockchain and software-based tokenization solutions for high-value real world assets. We are redefining the relationship between physical assets and the digital world. Our tokenization solutions comply with regulatory, legal and technological market standards and create positive economic, social and environmental impacts – based on internationally enforceable law.
Our dApp forms the bridge between the assets and the blockchain. With our support, our customers build an independent, forgery-proof and decentralized asset management system including their own database. This documents changes of ownership and possession, provenance and real-time data in a tamper-proof and traceable manner.
The result is a system that promotes transparency, legitimacy, efficiency and comparability – and creates trust where previously there was uncertainty.
Why tokenization is more than digitization
A token is not a PDF on the blockchain. It is a living, growing body of data: validated, verified, verifiable. Every new data point passes through our two-stage approval system. Whether an appraisal, concert, loan or maintenance – everything is documented where it counts: in the center of the asset.
We speak of sovereignty. Our customers retain sovereignty over their information. They decide what is visible. And when. That is true digital ownership.
Your step into the future
Tokenization is not a trend. It is the prerequisite for transparent, legally compliant and globally connectable value protection. If you start today, you prepare the market of tomorrow.
Talk to us – we think from the ground up. And accompany you from validation to visibility.
vountain. The gold standard of tokenization.
