We offer innovative and unique blockchain-based tokenization solutions for high-value, world-class physical assets. These comply with regulatory, legal and technological market standards and pave the way for linking the physical with the digital world. We build this bridge with our dApp, which enables independent, forgery-proof and decentralized asset management including its own database.
Simple asset management thanks to Role NFTs
Our NFT infrastructure enables the storage of real-time data such as concerts, repairs and maintenance as well as the addition of all relevant certificates, such as expert opinions, images or 3D models. For this purpose, role NFTs are minted additionally to your owner NFT and interact with each other and fill the owner NFT with valuable information.
For example, as the owner, you link the instrument manager role to your owner NFT. The instrument manager then acts on your behalf, manages the instrument, and passes it on. The instrument manager also checks the instrument data on behalf of the owner and confirms the accuracy of the data (request/approval logic of the data). The manager therefore links other roles, such as luthier, exhibitor or musician. The musician, for example, uses our dApp to record real-time data from concerts and performances, which is then integrated into the token of the physical asset. This continuously adds valuable data to the asset’s documentation history.
The other roles in our NFT infrastructure work in a similar way. The information that is relevant to their respective role and originates from the real life of the physical asset, is stored.
The benefit for our customers lies in the decentralized and tamper-proof recorded data and rights.
Standardized tokenization solutions
The core of our services is the review of the RWA and the corresponding testing, validation and verification of the documentation by industry experts. This guarantees that the tokenization solutions we offer meet the highest standards of transparency and credibility. The documents, expert opinions and certificates associated with the seamless provenance are carried out by world-renowned luthiers or institutions such as the Fraunhofer Institute.
Cascaded read authorizations
It is not always desirable for all documents, reports and certificates associated with a RWA to be publicly accessible. Therefore, owners can decide whether files should only be visible to users who are linked to the asset by a relationship.
Flexible curation of the real world asset
By using a series of interconnected smart contracts, retail investors, family offices and institutional collectors of RWAs can benefit from the stability and gains associated with the asset while delegating the curation of the RWA to an instrument manager.
Forgery-proof and blockchain-based provenance
Due to a decentralized architecture, a tamper-proof history that includes the full provenance and real-time data is created. We create decentralized trust by maintaining a request/approval process, namely the unique signature and identification of at least two people who feed and review the data into the blockchain.
Tracking and mapping of the real world asset
The blockchain-based logging of the time of transfer of a RWA to another party allows the owner, the insurance company and other parties involved to track the movement of the RWA in the past and in real time.
